		<description>I was thrilled by this idea as well but mainly because that&#039;s pretty much the same I implemented by a &quot;Knowledge Transferring Assessment&quot; aproach (see wikepedia for the same).
However, instead of assessing the trainee as he/she pulls the material, not the pulling is assessed but the fact that what had be read had been understood enough to answer a corresponding question correctly. In other words, the assessment enables the performer to consult the source (by provided links) and then answer the question. This also means that, in case the performer can answer the question without consulting the source he/she can save a lot of time. Having chosen the only one correct answer out from several proves enough understanding of the matter. Of course this can only be achieved with a careful design of the question and the answers.
I implemented the approach in pratice with a remarkable success.</description>

		<description>Nicht nur das Kind ist creepy - die Kinder in so einer Welt können sich nicht einmal mehr in der Pause ohne Technik beschäftigen. Das ist einfach nur erschreckend, und ich hoffe, dass Schule NIEMALS so aussehen wird.
